Job Summary

To support a growing customer success team, the full-time Technical Support Analyst will deliver high-quality technical support, manage ticketing systems, and implement AI-driven support tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers using Humata technology
  • Ensure effective routing and triaging of customer tickets to meet SLAs
  • Analyze customer support data to identify recurring issues and communicate insights to leadership
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting B2B SaaS products
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical skills in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Proven track record in high-growth health tech support teams
