Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Associate Technical Support Analyst will respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care, manage a ticket backlog, and troubleshoot issues on production radiology systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to support calls and serve as the primary contact for customers on reported cases
- Document incidents in detail and manage a backlog of 20-30 cases
- Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS systems, collaborating with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role or 2+ years of education from a technical program at an accredited college or university
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, starting between 5 am and 9:30 am, with an on-call rotation as needed
