Job Summary
To support mortgage services, the full-time Technical Support Analyst (Tier - 2) will manage advanced troubleshooting, utilize web technologies, and assist with SQL and networking issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to mortgage services
- Utilize knowledge of SQL, error logs, and web technologies to enhance service connections
- Prioritize and manage multiple technical issues efficiently while ensuring quality and security
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Deep understanding of web technologies, SQL, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Azure and DNS services
- Passion for security and risk mitigation
- Mortgage knowledge is recommended but not mandatory
