Job Summary

To support mortgage services, the full-time Technical Support Analyst (Tier - 2) will manage advanced troubleshooting, utilize web technologies, and assist with SQL and networking issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to mortgage services
  • Utilize knowledge of SQL, error logs, and web technologies to enhance service connections
  • Prioritize and manage multiple technical issues efficiently while ensuring quality and security
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, SQL, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Azure and DNS services
  • Passion for security and risk mitigation
  • Mortgage knowledge is recommended but not mandatory
