Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support for a global dental customer base, the full-time Technical Support Analyst will assist with SaaS platforms and select on-premise applications, handling escalations and serving as a frontline resource through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical and application support for SaaS products and on-premise applications
  • Handle escalations from internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across integrated environments, including operating systems and cloud services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree-level education preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a Level 2 / second-line technical support role
  • Experience with modern SaaS platforms and legacy technology stacks
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, connectivity, firewalls)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
