Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support for a global dental customer base, the full-time Technical Support Analyst will assist with SaaS platforms and select on-premise applications, handling escalations and serving as a frontline resource through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical and application support for SaaS products and on-premise applications
- Handle escalations from internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve issues across integrated environments, including operating systems and cloud services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree-level education preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a Level 2 / second-line technical support role
- Experience with modern SaaS platforms and legacy technology stacks
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, connectivity, firewalls)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
