Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in Canada, the full-time Associate Technical Support Analyst will respond to time-sensitive support calls, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and document incidents while managing a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care and manage ticket backlog
  • Document all reported incidents in detail and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolutions
  • Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems, utilizing various technologies
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role with troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems
  • 1+ years of tier 2 technical support experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C#, C++, Python, etc.)
  • Willingness to work on an on-call rotation and availability for an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday
