Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst I focused on providing support for VXretail CIS in deregulated energy markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for CIS solutions, ensuring effective operation and issue resolution
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, managing tickets and ensuring timely responses to issues
  • Analyze and validate transactions to ensure accurate billing and support client lifecycle stages from onboarding to post go-live


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or client-facing roles within the deregulated energy industry
  • Strong understanding of deregulated energy billing methods and multiple energy markets
  • Experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS) and familiarity with EDI file formats is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL, Jira, and Kibana for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial (C&I) operations is considered an asset
