Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist customers in support queues using various tools
  • Document bugs, resolve issues, and collaborate for customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in SAAS or technical services
  • Deep understanding of Webflow products or similar web design tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, DNS, JavaScript, or advanced Webflow knowledge
  • Experience working with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and Confluence
  • Availability to work Wednesday - Sunday
