Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of technical support experience focused on customer success
- 2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
- 1+ years providing technical support for mobile devices and platforms (iOS, Android)
- Ability to work remotely
