Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to investigate and resolve problems associated with a client-facing web application
- Analyze client problems for either application or hardware cause and coordinate a resolution
- Escalate and coordinate incidents to Tier III technical support when required
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
- Familiarity with Internet Browsers such as Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome, and Safari
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (versions 2007 and 2010)
- Understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and topologies
- Additional knowledge of SQL Servers and Active Directory is beneficial
