Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to investigate and resolve problems associated with a client-facing web application
  • Analyze client problems for either application or hardware cause and coordinate a resolution
  • Escalate and coordinate incidents to Tier III technical support when required
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with Internet Browsers such as Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome, and Safari
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (versions 2007 and 2010)
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and topologies
  • Additional knowledge of SQL Servers and Active Directory is beneficial
