Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the Customer Service field (BPO)
  • Deep technical expertise with hardware/software troubleshooting and experience with Zendesk and Admin tools
  • Advanced (C2) English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong team player with ownership and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
