Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Customer Service field (BPO)
- Deep technical expertise with hardware/software troubleshooting and experience with Zendesk and Admin tools
- Advanced (C2) English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong team player with ownership and the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
