Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate I to provide support for call center technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary closer for Telephony systems, ensuring proper shutdown at the end of the day
  • Provide real-time technical and scheduling support to contact center operations during shifts
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members across time zones in a remote environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior call center experience, ideally with inbound and outbound dialer operations
  • Hands-on experience with Avaya or comparable contact center platforms
  • Familiarity with workforce management tools and scheduling software
