Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate who can provide premier technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, and process revenue-related transactions
  • Communicate with IT professionals, USPS/Government, and escalated clients regarding technical issues
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of networking and troubleshooting to assist clients
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7am - 5pm CST Mon-Fri, with Out-of-Hours rotation once trained
  • Minimum of one year of Customer/Client Service experience
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Technical aptitude to remotely resolve issues related to internet, Wi-Fi, and proxies
  • Experience with hardware and software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
