Job Summary
Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Senior Technical Support Associate will assist customers with account and technical issues across various communication channels while troubleshooting and resolving complex concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support via phone, chat, email, and web while managing high-volume interactions
- Troubleshoot technical and product issues aiming for first-call resolution and document interactions in a ticketing system
- Effectively navigate multiple systems and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- Experience supporting Apple products, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with high-volume inbound calls and navigating multiple systems
- Must reside in an approved state with a stable internet connection meeting specified requirements
- Preferred candidates will have Apple Certified Mac Technical certifications and experience in education or e-learning
