Job Summary

Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Senior Technical Support Associate will assist customers with account and technical issues across various communication channels while troubleshooting and resolving complex concerns.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support via phone, chat, email, and web while managing high-volume interactions
  • Troubleshoot technical and product issues aiming for first-call resolution and document interactions in a ticketing system
  • Effectively navigate multiple systems and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Experience supporting Apple products, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with high-volume inbound calls and navigating multiple systems
  • Must reside in an approved state with a stable internet connection meeting specified requirements
  • Preferred candidates will have Apple Certified Mac Technical certifications and experience in education or e-learning
