Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the part-time Technical Support Associate will provide detailed assistance to customers via phone and email, troubleshoot technical issues related to home security products, and collaborate with other support teams to enhance overall service quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing prompt and efficient service to customers by engaging directly through various communication channels
  • Collaborating with other customer support teams to maintain a high-quality level of support and acting as a customer advocate
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product lines and driving projects to improve support-related processes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
  • Fluency in German, including speaking, writing, and reading
  • Experience providing technical support for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
