Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Associate, the full-time position will provide prompt and efficient service to customers via phone and email, working remotely while supporting Blink's Home Security product suite and driving customer success through technical troubleshooting and advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues and maximize their investment in Blink's products
- Collaborate with other customer support teams to maintain a high-quality level of service
- Act as an advocate for customers by reporting areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluency in German (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
