Job Summary
Providing technical support in a remote capacity, the full-time Technical Support Associate will engage with customers via phone and email, troubleshoot issues related to home security products, and collaborate with support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
