Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2 Technical Support Consultant & Backend Engineer (China, remotely).

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
Communicate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications

2+ years experience in back-end software development
Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
