Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to assist clients and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product usage
  • Build and configure integrations between systems using the iPaaS application
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms and web services

  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
