Job Summary

Technical Support Consultant, responsible for providing professional support for IT and Business Application inquiries related to ERP solutions, working full-time and ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving support cases and documenting application defects
  • Handle customer escalations, coordinating with colleagues and R&D to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and support team development
Required Qualifications
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, and database-centric environments
  • Experience in a Customer Support environment, with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries, with knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive problem-solving to prevent customer escalations
