Job Summary
Technical Support Consultant, responsible for providing professional support for IT and Business Application inquiries related to ERP solutions, working full-time and ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving support cases and documenting application defects
- Handle customer escalations, coordinating with colleagues and R&D to ensure timely issue resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and support team development
Required Qualifications
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, and database-centric environments
- Experience in a Customer Support environment, with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries, with knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
- Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive problem-solving to prevent customer escalations
