Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Software Engineering Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system-level updates of software products and manage communication with customers during the update process
  • Troubleshoot software, server, and database issues while maintaining documentation of the update process
  • Develop custom queries and analyze code to identify and correct unexpected system performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Technology field or an Associate's degree with two years of related experience, or five years of related experience
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer interactions and technical support
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, and Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL
  • Experience with command line, Powershell, and SSH
