Technical Support Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Work Study Student Position, Technical Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a student ambassador in virtual events and provide support for student assignments and labs
• Assist with website development initiatives and testing for student portal projects
• Support Career Services by reviewing employer profiles and evaluating job postings

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and eligible for Federal Work Study
• Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (3.0+ preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to support student success
