  • Relay technical support issues to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel

Required Qualifications:
  • BA Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree without experience
  • Experience in step-by-step troubleshooting and ticket systems
