Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with troubleshooting and remote diagnostic capabilities
- Ability to support third-party products and occasional on-site support
- Familiarity with software and hardware configurations and upgrades
