Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert post-sales support for software and hardware systems, applications, and sub-systems
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues and manage critical escalations
  • Proactively review customer networks to identify and resolve issues across multiple platforms and protocols
Required Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
  • Expertise in industry protocols and solutions
  • Experience in customer situational management
  • Ability to work independently on diverse problems
  • Experience in lab management and mentoring lower-level engineers is a plus
