Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert post-sales support for software and hardware systems, applications, and sub-systems
- Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues and manage critical escalations
- Proactively review customer networks to identify and resolve issues across multiple platforms and protocols
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
- Expertise in industry protocols and solutions
- Experience in customer situational management
- Ability to work independently on diverse problems
- Experience in lab management and mentoring lower-level engineers is a plus
