Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Virtual, US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote post-sales support for software and hardware systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Assist with end user installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations of medium complexity
  • Analyze symptoms and data to resolve customer-reported incidents and monitor the implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical support

  • Ability to support third-party products and provide occasional on-site assistance
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analyzing system logs and data
