Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enhanced Support Engineer to provide technical support and deployment assistance for Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AVD environments and collaborate with clients to gather requirements and assess infrastructure needs
• Provide technical support throughout AVD/Intune deployments, serving as an escalation resource for the support team
• Demonstrate technical expertise in Modern Work, Intune, FSLogix, AVD, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python
