Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to US customers on the DigiCert One platform for certificate lifecycle products via phone and email
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base
  • Document trends in customer calls and assist with processing requests through the Validation teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year degree in IT, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates and working knowledge of Rest APIs
  • Industry-related certificates are a plus (Security +, MSCE)
  • Comfortable working on a computer and conversing over phone and email
