Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to resolve critical support issues for pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via various communication methods
  • Troubleshoot complex software problems and provide solutions to minimize operational disruptions
  • Collaborate with technical teams and document customer interactions for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related role, particularly in pipeline integrity
  • Familiarity with ILI data, PODS, and pipeline integrity data analysis
  • Proficiency in operating systems and SQL database technologies
  • Experience with remote support tools and help desk software
