Job Summary

Providing proactive and reactive technical support, the full-time remote Technical Support Engineer will manage escalated customer issues related to Mitchell Auto Casualty software solutions, deliver product training, and develop technical documentation while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated customer problem calls and log confirmed defects in the Tracker system
  • Provide product training to customer service staff and develop technical training materials
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer service, including installation and troubleshooting guides
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience supporting web-based applications
  • Preferred experience in medical insurance or medical bill review
  • SQL Certification and knowledge of SQL and database structure preferred
  • Experience in writing technical documentation is required
