Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer with advanced cPanel/WHM server administration experience to provide exceptional technical support remotely, focusing on server management and customer assistance from Saturday to Wednesday during evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot cPanel/WHM server issues using both UI and CLI
- Provide technical support to customers, interpreting email and weblogs to resolve issues
- Maintain knowledge of and work with CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, and JetBackup technologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the web hosting industry
- Up-to-date cPanel University certifications
- Strong SSH and command-line skills
- Familiarity with Mod_Security, PHP applications, and web errors
- Proven ability to assist non-technical users with patience and perseverance
