Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer with advanced cPanel/WHM server administration experience to provide exceptional technical support remotely, focusing on server management and customer assistance from Saturday to Wednesday during evening hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and troubleshoot cPanel/WHM server issues using both UI and CLI
  • Provide technical support to customers, interpreting email and weblogs to resolve issues
  • Maintain knowledge of and work with CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, and JetBackup technologies
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the web hosting industry
  • Up-to-date cPanel University certifications
  • Strong SSH and command-line skills
  • Familiarity with Mod_Security, PHP applications, and web errors
  • Proven ability to assist non-technical users with patience and perseverance
