Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and resolve complex technical issues for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues
  • Provide feedback for product and process improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of technical support or IT experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ year(s) of experience
  • Fluency in Japanese language
  • Experience in system lifecycle, operation, and troubleshooting
  • Windows System Administration knowledge
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
