Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via various channels
- Maintain documentation, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with internal teams
- Assist in product installation, deployment, and testing
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Python, JSON, RESTful API's; experience with Go is a plus
- Experience with Linux, networking, and analyzing packet captures
- Experience in providing technical support to global customers
- Expertise in SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
- BS/MS Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
