Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via various channels
  • Maintain documentation, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with internal teams
  • Assist in product installation, deployment, and testing

Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Python, JSON, RESTful API's; experience with Go is a plus
  • Experience with Linux, networking, and analyzing packet captures
  • Experience in providing technical support to global customers
  • Expertise in SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
  • BS/MS Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
