Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees, addressing support inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high availability of IT services
  • Perform routine employee lifecycle-related tasks including conducting onboarding sessions for new employees and managing office technology
  • Create and continuously improve internal and end-user documentation for IT systems and processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support within start-up environments, particularly with Mac, Google Services, and Chrome OS users
  • Strong admin experience managing Google, Okta, and macOS environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Okta and integrating services into Okta Integrated Network systems effectively
  • Experience in device management platforms
  • Apple Certified Support Professional is a plus
