Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L5).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal engineering customers to support and onboard them onto the Federated GraphQL ecosystem
  • Provide proactive support, troubleshoot issues, write documentation, and guide engineering priorities
  • Balance between home engineering team priorities and customer needs while multitasking effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of GraphQL, with bonus points for Apollo Federation experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical solutions engineering, or developer-oriented products
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
