Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer in Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of the product technology and troubleshoot customer-reported challenges
  • Triage complex customer service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Proactively engage with customers and internal teams regarding product feedback and support requests

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical solutions/support role
  • Ability to navigate in Linux and Windows shell, and extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS products, IT security, and Intercom or similar customer service solution
