Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for the software to customers, partners, and internal team members
  • Support self-hosted customers with installations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Collaborate with customers to identify, reproduce, and log defects
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a support engineer role in enterprise software
  • Experience supporting Java-based web applications and using the Linux command line
  • Experience with troubleshooting firewalls and proxies, REST APIs, and SaaS products
  • Ability to work self-directed in a fast-paced environment
  • A Computer Science degree, code school certificate, or equivalent professional experience is a plus
