Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in SaaS and private cloud environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker
  • Proficiency in CLI and basic programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and related troubleshooting
  • Experience managing customer support cases throughout their lifecycle
