Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who blends traditional support skills with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logs and data to identify root causes of complex issues and drive product improvements
- Provide effective technical support and prioritize incoming tickets based on impact and urgency
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and contribute to internal documentation and product enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on debugging software issues
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Perl)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and log analysis tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK)
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
- Experience with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Zendesk)
