Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who blends traditional support skills with Site Reliability Engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze logs and data to identify root causes of complex issues and drive product improvements
  • Provide effective technical support and prioritize incoming tickets based on impact and urgency
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and contribute to internal documentation and product enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on debugging software issues
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Perl)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and log analysis tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK)
  • Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
  • Experience with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Zendesk)
