Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries through support tickets
  • Collaborate with engineers to address customer pain points and enhance the platform experience
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and train new team members
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Cloud Support, Technical Support, or Product Support
  • Expertise in data-related domains such as data catalogs, governance, and quality
  • Technical skills in SQL, REST APIs, Linux/CLI/Terminal, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with data platforms like DBT, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Understanding of at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Python) is a plus
