Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Engineer - French Speaker (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network security products via Phone, Web, and Email
- Assist customers with deployment and troubleshooting of Firewall/IPS and VPN solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to replicate and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Electronic & Communications Engineering
- 2-4 years of networking and network security support experience
- Good understanding of Security, LAN/WAN topologies, and OSI Model
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and major Operating Systems such as UNIX/Linux
- Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wire Shark and Netmon
