Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Engineer - French Speaker (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for network security products via Phone, Web, and Email
  • Assist customers with deployment and troubleshooting of Firewall/IPS and VPN solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to replicate and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Electronic & Communications Engineering
  • 2-4 years of networking and network security support experience
  • Good understanding of Security, LAN/WAN topologies, and OSI Model
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and major Operating Systems such as UNIX/Linux
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wire Shark and Netmon
