Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on the AI platform and serve as the key point of contact for clients post-implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business questions while meeting SLA's and quality goals
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report issues, prioritize fixes, and enhance the knowledge base

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of databases, with familiarity in SQL and Elasticsearch
Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, or other programming languages
Experience utilizing and troubleshooting APIs
Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
