Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about customer experience and enjoys working with Python and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the AI platform and serve as the key point of contact for clients post-implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business questions while meeting SLA's and quality goals
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report issues, prioritize fixes, and enhance the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of databases, with familiarity in SQL and Elasticsearch
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Experience utilizing and troubleshooting APIs
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
