Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated customer support to Turkish clients, ensuring prompt responses and meeting SLA goals
  • Conduct initial technical investigations and offer fast, personalized responses to resolve issues
  • Escalate advanced technical concerns to developers with detailed reports and follow up on resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in 2nd line technical support within a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with SQL and Postman for navigating logs and databases
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development and experience with server logs is preferred
