Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical support to customers and resolve their queries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
  • Assist in installing and configuring software for customers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or related field, or comparable work experience
  • Completion of assigned training classes for one major product family
  • Ability to install software and implement interface workflows with minimal direction
  • Proven capability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Ability to resolve beginner to some intermediate-level support issues with guidance
