Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support to customers and resolve complex incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer issues and diagnose problems using logs and data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical incidents and manage escalations
  • Provide technical guidance and create technical materials for customer support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical discipline (work experience may be considered)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Understanding of REST APIs and experience with logs analysis
  • Basic knowledge of C++, Java, HTTP protocols, and web services
  • Familiarity with database architecture and operating systems
