Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily customer support by responding to questions and delivering timely solutions
  • Maintain detailed support tickets and document interactions, installations, and problem resolutions
  • Track and manage licensing records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Completion of assigned training classes for one major product family
  • Ability to install software and implement basic interface workflows under guidance
  • Experience with CRM, licensing systems, or asset management tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing technical and licensing documentation
