Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide support for Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving & Communications Systems (PACS).

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to RIS and PACS software products
• Educate customers on system use and best practices to enhance healthcare delivery
• Manage a team of junior engineers and coordinate with various resources to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Thorough understanding of RIS/PACS benefits and advantages
• Strong IT, networking, and computer skills with experience in troubleshooting complex applications
• Knowledge of PC and Server hardware platforms and archival storage media
• BA/BS Degree and relevant certifications (CompTIA Linux, RHCA/RHCT, CCNA/CCNP)
• Experience in PACS/Radiology and workflow is a plus
