Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer service in a dynamic technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets while managing customer communications
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new customers and provide technical training
- Document and escalate bug reports, and work cross-functionally to prioritize recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of tier 2 and 3 support experience in Microsoft systems infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience with complex enterprise network environments, Configuration Manager/SCCM/MECM, or Intune
- 2+ years of experience using command line tools and scripting
- 2+ years of experience with Windows OS and Server platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms
