Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support on its products for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for advanced customer issues
  • Lead support efforts for customers with critical value and assist with support cases during heavy volume
  • Mentor and train new team members while proactively improving processes and the support experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting complex, Linux-based enterprise software applications
  • 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker components in On-Prem and AWS environments
  • 2+ years of SQL experience, including constructing complex SQL statements
  • 2+ years of Linux administration experience, with familiarity in writing scripts
  • 2+ years of networking experience, including knowledge of firewalls and routers
