Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support on its products for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for advanced customer issues
- Lead support efforts for customers with critical value and assist with support cases during heavy volume
- Mentor and train new team members while proactively improving processes and the support experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting complex, Linux-based enterprise software applications
- 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker components in On-Prem and AWS environments
- 2+ years of SQL experience, including constructing complex SQL statements
- 2+ years of Linux administration experience, with familiarity in writing scripts
- 2+ years of networking experience, including knowledge of firewalls and routers
