Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end resolution of complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and data investigation
  • Serve as the liaison between Support, Product, and Engineering for escalated issues
  • Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and lead the creation of troubleshooting guides and internal processes
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced SQL capabilities, including complex joins and trace-level analysis
  • Expertise in root cause analysis across various technical layers
  • Proven experience collaborating with Engineering teams
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for troubleshooting and scripting
  • Ability to independently build processes and drive cross-functional initiatives
