Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience in a technical support role
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent technical knowledge of the company's solutions
- Ability to work independently on complex project assignments
- Experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus
