Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the company's solutions
  • Ability to work independently on complex project assignments
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus
